LOF Map

You can review your Utility's data by navigating to the LOF -> Map tab in the main navigation bar.

Map Controls

The Map Controls can be accessed from dropdown menus located on the top right of the screen and a drop down menu on the bottom right of the screen. Here you can change the data being displayed and filter the data on the map.

The data display options(Bottom right) include:

• Highest Risk, segments with the highest 1% LOF

• Risk Level, absolute risk class based on predefined LOF buckets

  • The thresholds are 50%, 25%, 10%, and 5%, corresponding to 0.50, 0.25, 0.10, and 0.05 of LOF value (not percentile)

• Risk Rank, relative risk class based on predefined percentile buckets

  • The percentile buckets are top 1%, top 3%, top 5% down to less than 95 percentile.

The map filters(Top right) include:

• Highest Risk / Risk Level / Risk Rank

• Install Year

• Material

• Diameter

Map Zoom - Map Selection Details

You can zoom into specific map areas using your mouse's scroll wheel or the + and - controls located at the bottom left side of the screen.

Once zoomed in, you can click on an individual pipe segment to see the pipe attributes, which will appear on the left side of the screen. Pipe attribute details include:

• Risk Rank

• Number of past breaks

• Top 5 Risk Drivers

• Breaking probability (LOF)

  • In 1 year

  • In 2 years

• Asset details

  • ID of the pipe

  • Install year

  • Material

  • Length

  • Diameter
